TERMS & CONDITIONS
Leblanc Flowers, provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing, viewing, or using this Site, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions. Leblanc Special Moments reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our Site.
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include all taxes, where applicable.
- Fee $15 dollars delivery in Sydney Metro area for next day delivery.
- A $30 dollars delivery fee will be added for Same day orders.
- A $30 dollars delivery fee will be added to your order outside of Sydney Metro area. This fee covers delivery of your flowers in Sydney, Australia.

- We deliver our beautiful and exclusive flowers Monday to Sunday within Sydney, Australia; once you place you order before 12:00pm, can be delivery at same day, except in the biggest days like Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Christmas Period. Orders placed after midday will be delivered for the next day. Interstate orders will take two business day once you place your order.
Pick Up: All Arrangements which the customer order online but, come to pick up the order, are free of delivery charges, arrangement time must be done after order.
- The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or container value.
- The designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
- In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.
If an order is filled and delivered on time and there is a question as to the quality of the arrangement then we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement we must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Proper care is required (follow the instructions care that Leblanc Flowers give to you). We are, however, selling a natural product that is fragile and perishable, ie. they have a limited life span, and we are unable to give an exact number of days they will remain fresh. Flowers will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions, and unfortunately once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surrounding condition may result in their longevity being reduced that is out of our control. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within 24 hours of the original service date.

Order Changes and Cancellations
We do not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance of the order or, if earlier, within twenty-four (24) hours of the requested delivery date or within the three (3) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Fathers Day or Mothers Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times).
Availability
While every effort is made to provide the exact flower that is ordered, there are times where the is no stock or not in season, we will replace the flower with a suitable replacement.
